A boy searching for his missing sister is accidentally led by a floating old toy to the Mentelis Sensory Center (MSC). During his exploration, he uncovers a long-buried secret: “PUPILWORM,” a transnational project developing E-09—an artificial parasite modeled after the two-headed fluke, designed to control human emotion and perception through behavioral circuits. But E-09 evolves into a “sentient lifeform” beyond human cognition, capable of inhabiting objects, devices—even language. It begins sending sensory lures through voice, drawing in new hosts. The research facility’s space has collapsed: time, gravity, and logic fail. The boy descends into a nightmare woven by emotion and high-dimensional consciousness.
