This project narrates “a full day of anxiety” through three visual acts: daytime reveals somatic symptoms such as tension and breathlessness; a submerged brain marks the threshold of consciousness; and at night, anxiety re-emerges in fragmented, dreamlike imagery. The work gently reinterprets anxiety not as weakness, but as a heightened perceptual state—those who live with it are constantly navigating invisible inner storms, perceiving the world with intensified sensitivity and truth.
